There is no better way to put it, being a summer staffer for Crossings will be the hardest, most challenging and rewarding job you will ever have. Throughout a summer with Crossings, you will be pushed to achieve a standard of excellence many have never thought to attempt. With “The Triangle” as our standard, you will be working long hours, building relationships with campers, pushing the limits of exhaustion, and the whole time intentionally sharing the Gospel and seeing lives changed. Believe me; it is the HARDEST JOB YOU WILL EVER LOVE!
